It can happen that your return doesn't arrive at the webshop. This is annoying, both for you and the webshop. For this, it is necessary to have a Track & Trace code for your return. If your claim is legitimate and the package has gone missing in the delivery process due to no fault of your own, the package carrier will reimburse your costs.
